نحرص في Arcivly على رضا عملائنا الكامل. توضح هذه السياسة شروط الاسترداد والإلغاء المعمول بها لجميع الاشتراكات المدفوعة.
يحق للعميل طلب استرداد المبلغ المدفوع كاملاً خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ بدء الاشتراك — بدون أسئلة ولا شروط. لا تسري هذه الفترة على الاشتراكات المجددة.
بعد انقضاء الـ 14 يوماً، لا يحق للمشترك طلب الاسترداد المالي. غير أنه يحق له إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت لمنع التجديد التلقائي.
يتم رد المبالغ حصرياً عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال فترة تتراوح بين 10 إلى 45 يوم عمل حسب سياسة البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع.
سيصل تأكيد تفعيل الاشتراك فوراً عبر البريد الإلكتروني بعد إتمام الدفع بنجاح. إذا لم تستلمه خلال 15 دقيقة، يُرجى التواصل مع فريق الدعم.
يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات الحساب أو بالتواصل مع فريق الدعم. يظل الاشتراك ساري المفعول حتى نهاية دورة الفوترة الحالية.
لن يُقدّم الموقع أي خدمات أو معاملات مالية للدول الخاضعة لعقوبات مكتب مراقبة الأصول الأجنبية (OFAC) وفقاً للقوانين المصرية والدولية.

At Arcivly, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines refund and cancellation terms for all paid subscriptions.
Customers are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days from the subscription start date — no questions asked, no exceptions. This window does not apply to renewals.
After 14 days from the subscription start date, the subscriber is no longer eligible for a financial refund. However, they may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal.
All refunds are processed exclusively through the original payment method. Processing takes between 10 to 45 business days depending on the bank or payment provider's policy.
A subscription activation confirmation will be sent immediately via email upon successful payment. If not received within 15 minutes, please contact support.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through account settings or by contacting support. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
The website will not provide services or financial transactions to countries subject to Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions, per Egyptian and applicable international laws.
